ABOUT PRIVATE SESSIONS
I’ve specialized in wedding photography for well over a decade, and it’s always exciting for me to work with clients one-on-one to celebrate important milestones and moments outside of large events! Sessions are exceptionally casual to make the experience fun and comfortable for all involved. Outdoors at a location of our choice, or within the privacy your own home. While it’s nice to capture a few portraits, the objective is to capture you or your family candidly. Allow children to be playful, couples to be close, and intimate sessions to be romantic. I love to allow my subjects to be themselves without much direction, but I’m also more than happy to help us along with as much direction as you wish for.

Prints, albums and numerous other products are available through the online gallery.
The amount of final images delivered are subject to many variables, though it is reasonable to expect approximately 40+ images.
All photos are fully edited and in high resolution.
A large volume of photos from each session will be included in black and white as well as colour.
Delivery can be expected within 4-6 weeks or less depending on the season.

Sessions are often complete in under 1 hour, especially with young children involved who may tap out quickly. 1 hour gives us plenty of time so that we aren’t rushed. The hour is possible to stretch to a total of 1.5 for any unforeseeable challenges.
For any young children, please feel free to pack snacks or toys. It’s best to keep these items close by and offer them after the session is done, or during a small break. Depending on the time of year and location of our shoot, please consider packing bug spray, sunscreen or additional footwear/clothing to be on the safe side.
Dogs are always welcome - they are family, too! I do recommend arranging an additional family member or friend to help you manage your pet.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in full the day before your session via e-transfer to emilie@emilieolson.com
Unless a family emergency should take place, cancellation of your session within 24 hours will result in a refund of 50%. Should the photographer need to cancel after payment is accepted, a full refund will be issued.
In the event of weather restrictions, the date may be rescheduled in advance at no additional charge.

St. Lazare, QC and surrounding area (West of Montreal, off-island) $550
On the island of Montréal $600
Old Port/Downtown, East, South and North of the island $650
ADDITIONAL MEMBERS: Up to 6 people included. Additional fee of $50 per person required for larger groups.
WEEKENDS: Additional fee of $75, pending availability.
RUSH ORDER: Delivery within 7 days of the session +$100 | or within 3 days +$200.
GIFTING A SESSION
Surprising a loved one with a photo session makes for an excellent baby shower, birthday, anniversary or holiday gift. E-vouchers are available at an amount of your choosing. Payment will ONLY be due once your loved one has booked their session.
• Simply request a voucher below. A PDF will be sent to you with 24-72 hours, which you may e-mail or print for the recipient.
• Present the voucher to your loved one - and celebrate!
• The voucher will include this link so that the recipient may fill the form to begin the booking process.
• We will contact you for payment once their booking is complete.
